Position: Google Ads Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing paid campaigns, generating quality leads, and maximizing ROI—especially tailored to the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) for lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure effective targeting.
• Optimize landing pages, ad copies, and campaign structures for better conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quality lead generation and alignment with business goals.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, policies, and tools to maintain campaign compliance and efficiency.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.

Key Responsibility Indicators (KRIs):

• Lead Generation Targets: Achieve monthly qualified lead targets set by the management.
• Cost Per Lead (CPL): Maintain CPL within defined budget limits.
• Conversion Rate: Improve campaign conversion rate month-on-month.
• Ad Spend ROI: Deliver measurable return on ad spend (ROAS) for all campaigns.
• Quality of Leads: Ensure that leads generated are relevant and meet sales team requirements.
• Optimization Frequency: Regular campaign updates, A/B testing, and performance improvement actions.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience (2–5 years) as a Google Ads Specialist / PPC Specialist, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO basics.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales and marketing teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Google Ads Certification is an added advantage.
